AXAEM Services 

APPX Software offers a variety of services to meet your needs both during the Initial installation, and for ongoing support.  Some of the services offered include:

  • Planning and Design- we will assist in the design of the system, integration and customization points, and project management
     
  • Training- courses are available both for APPX and AXAEM including Administration, Design, and User 
     
  • Installation and Deployment - we will assist or lead the effort depending on your needs and the type of staff you employ
     
  • Support Services - ongoing telephone, email, or onsite support services are available depending on your needs
     
  • Data Migration - when data must be moved from one system to the AXAEM system, we can handle all or part of that for you to speed deployment
     
  • Application development and customization - as needs change, we can modify and customize your application 

 

Travel and Expenses

APPX Software will bill you for actual costs incurred.  We are open to established per diem rates for meals and lodging.
